Looking ahead

Klavs Andreassen, BEC Director and Chair of Women in Badminton Commission on the scholarship programme;

- It is a big success and I like, and the rest of the Commission to have an increasing number of applications from our Member Associations for the years to come.

Tamara Geerearts (BEL), scholarship recipient for the 2017 BEC Congress in Prague, Croatia says;

- The scholarship gave me the opportunity to be here (Prague) and I would love to come back next year (2018 BEC Congress).

- I would suggest that all women who already has something to do with badminton to get involved, more than just play badminton because it is pointed out that there is a need in Europe for women to participate in badminton in all levels.

The application process will kick start on Monday, 22 January 2018.
